The event serves as both a reward for their hard work and dedication to the company, and a place to highlight their teams accomplishments and best-practices.
The 2016 theme “Change the Game” refers to the addition of a fifth corporate imperative, investing in talent. The icon symbolizes a maze and the various paths to success. It appears as the letter “C”, “G”, and the number “5”. In addition, the maze is made up of five individual lines reflecting the imperatives.
